Training

Todays training was at bishan and it was raining...
so we didn't do track work. We did staircase running 3 sets of 7 min.
It was very tiring especially the last few ones and my knees were aching.
In fact they are still aching this minute.When climbing down the stairs, it was quite scary so i went quite slow but i pick up the pace when going up.
After the staircase running we did jumping exercises.We had to hop up a flight of tall steps and it was pretty scary.I basically had to stop after each step.
But worst of all was the single-legged hop.My feet barely grazed pass the step... and i did trip once.We did this exercise a few times and then did cool down and that's it for training.
I hope to be able to pick up my speed when running up the stairs in the future.
