Training

Today's post concerns yesterday's training.
Training was in the morning and it had just stop raining and it was pretty cold outdoors.
We ran the usual 6 rounds for warm-up then stretching.
Our schedule was 4 times of 600m and then a short run along the canal till we reach the overhead bridge then back again.The weather was very cold even when we were running.
I tried to pushed myself to go faster and here's mine timing...
1) 2.25min
2) 2.21min
3) 2.22min
4) 2.26min
The track was quite slippery but fortunately... we didn't fall down.
My legs were pretty stiff while i was doing the long run(short run should i say).
I hope to be able to increase my stamina and become a better runner.
