Training

Today's training was in school.
We were supposed to do 3km time trail but it was raining therefore we did staircase running for 25mins.We used the longer route.As it was still raining outside we did some exercises.We used 2kg medicine balls to strengthen our leg.We did some sort of lunge with the ball on our leg and pushed the ball forward ...it's pretty difficult to describe to you.We did that 20 times each leg.After that,we did 'kicking of the ball' as in one person will roll the ball to the other and the other have to kick it up when jumping.We did that 3 sets of 20.Then we did plank and something exercises.The plank exercise was to balane ourselves with one leg and hand straight out.I find it very hard to balance with only one leg and hand.Thank god we have two of each or else i would wonder how life would be like to only have one leg and hand.And the other exercise i don't know what it is called we have to lie on a bench in the sit-up position and then raise our body up for 30secs in a straight line.It was quite tiring today's training.
