Today's training was suppose to be at bishan but it was raining so it was changed to school.
It was still raining by 3pm therefore we did indoor work.
We took out ten power hurdles and did some exercises.
We did double-legged hop 5 sets of slow hop.Then 5 sets of double-legged hop continuous.
The hurdle was set at 18cm tall.When we did the single-legged hop...i felt very scared as my leg was just brushing the edge of the hurdle.I felt like felling many times and we ended up stopping this exercise as there were injuries.We ended up doing staircase like during jogging.We did 20mins of going up and coming down.I had a small stitch when doing staircase running but it didn't deter me or anything.My target now is to catch up to jedidah.
