Today's training was at east coast park... carpark b1.
It was quite windy but very scorching hot...me and theresa tried out the vacumn thingy but couldn't feel any difference from running normaly.Maybe we're to small in size no not me theresa. Ha...Ha...The run was around 4._km and our pace was quite fast.My timing was 23.35mins.I like the run and hope that we can win on next sat.The ankle guard helped me a little i guess therefore i shall not let my team down and run very fast in the upcoming race.

Training
Today's training was at Mac Ritchie but it wasn't a time trail.
We did the school's cross-country route but we ran two times of it continuous.
We didn't do all out only 70%.My timing was around 19mins++for each round.
It was very muddy while running and my shoes were very muddy.
It was also quite slippery inside.I am chosen to run the under 20 race this saturday.
I know it seems impossible to be the top few runners as considering my age.
The number of slopes ... i lost count but its roughly about 4 up slopes and 3 down slopes.
And also quite a number of corners.I hope to get a good timing on saturday and not caring about the position.I shall beat my previos p.b.

Training
Today's training was at Mac Ritchie under Mr Chan.
We didn't did time trial but instead a 80% run.
Same route as before...the 4.3km route.We started off very slow but as we turned in into the forest, we picked up a little pace.It was very muddy even worse than last last training and slippery too.We were running almost as a group until the main road.We were half-way in the forest when we turned the sharp corner and nearly fell over monkeys! There was like three monkeys in the middle of the road so if debbie was there...Heh heh...
Our timing was very slow compared to the time trail but after that run, we did slope training.
we did the slope to the main road and back...total of 2km.It was very tiring.
My legs are now aching.My ankle very pain leh, should i buy an ankle guard??

Training
Today's training was in school.
We were supposed to do 3km time trail but it was raining therefore we did staircase running for 25mins.We used the longer route.As it was still raining outside we did some exercises.We used 2kg medicine balls to strengthen our leg.We did some sort of lunge with the ball on our leg and pushed the ball forward ...it's pretty difficult to describe to you.We did that 20 times each leg.After that,we did 'kicking of the ball' as in one person will roll the ball to the other and the other have to kick it up when jumping.We did that 3 sets of 20.Then we did plank and something exercises.The plank exercise was to balane ourselves with one leg and hand straight out.I find it very hard to balance with only one leg and hand.Thank god we have two of each or else i would wonder how life would be like to only have one leg and hand.And the other exercise i don't know what it is called we have to lie on a bench in the sit-up position and then raise our body up for 30secs in a straight line.It was quite tiring today's training.

Training
Today's training was suppose to be at bishan but it was raining so it was changed to school.
It was still raining by 3pm therefore we did indoor work.
We took out ten power hurdles and did some exercises.
We did double-legged hop 5 sets of slow hop.Then 5 sets of double-legged hop continuous.
The hurdle was set at 18cm tall.When we did the single-legged hop...i felt very scared as my leg was just brushing the edge of the hurdle.I felt like felling many times and we ended up stopping this exercise as there were injuries.We ended up doing staircase like during jogging.We did 20mins of going up and coming down.I had a small stitch when doing staircase running but it didn't deter me or anything.My target now is to catch up to jedidah.

Training
Todays training was at Mac Ritchie at 2.45pm.We did warm-up and then stretching and then it started to rain...making it very slippery for the route we were running.We ran the same route as last wednesday.The 4.3km route.I improved my timing by more than a minute and i am way happy.My timing was 20.01mins so close to 19 mins(my target).The route was very muddy too.
We had no choice but to either run on unstable small rocks or run in the puddles.I did the puddles which did help a bit i think.I tried to keep up with jedidah but she was too fast i didn't even know she was behind me until she overtook me at the main road.I will try to better my timing by about a minute.

Training
Today's training was in school at the park. I hate going to the park to train as there are many up slopes.Todays training schedule was practically the same except that this time we did continuous.We did that route for 40mins.I completed 7 rounds during my run.I didn't like training after school as its the afternoon and it is very hot.I find the new stretch on the swinging of legs very tiring as it made my legs feel very heavy thus affecting my run.Today i had stomach ache due to digestion problem.I hope i may solve this.

Training
Today's training was in school as there was sec.1 auditions.We did 5mins of warm-up and then filled our bottles and jogged to the park nearby.We did 4 rounds of the park.Not the entire park but only half...the shorter route.There were many slopes which slowed me down a little.The entire run was about 800m therefore we ran 3.6km today.I find that the run was not good.My legs were not corporating and the run was very poor.Maybe due to the fact that i just ate.I hope i may be able to improve on my nutrition part and thus will i then run fast.

Training
Today's training was at Mac ritchie and we were nearky late.
We did a 4.7km run to familiarise ourselves with the route.
As usual the route was very slippery and i nearly slip many times.
There was once where there was this fallen tree and we took a little little time to get over it.
My timing was 21.02.72mins.There was the part after the fallen tree that was very challenging.The hill was very steep and there were many obstacles too.Now my legs are aching because of it. I am very happy with my performance today and i hope i can maintain and do better next wednesday,which is the time trail.After the run...we did slope running 2 sets of 'go and return'. So total was about another 2km.
I benefited a lot from this trainig on the slope tackling.
I hope i would be able to catch up to zahrah in the future.
