Training

Today's training was in school.
Teacher split us into two groups and i was in group 1.
We did slower pace as compared to the other group.We did the 3km route plus one round of the park.The big round.After coming out from the park, we were supposed to maintain the speed and let the group 2 people run full out.I think i ate too much during lunch as i could feel a little stitch.As our schedule was lighter,we had to do some jump exercises to better our leg strength.We did frog jumps on the grass patch 3 sets of 10 jumps each.Thereafter, we used the sit-up station to do jumping up and jumping down exercise.We needed to do 10 times of the whole stretch but Mr.chan called me to stop halfway!??!After that, we did on the track the side to side jump we started by doing double-legged and single-legged 50metre 2 times.
I felt that this training was quite effective in training our leg power.
