Training

Today's training was in school at 8.30.
We did 10mins warm up,stretch and then we went out for a run.
We ran to the 'garden' and upon reaching there...
We did 40secs of striding,60secs,80secs,100secs,80secs,60secs,40secs.
After that we just ran back to school.
I find the run quite ok... i wasn't very tired.
After the run, we rested for 5 mins and continued with some exercises.
Sit-ups,Lunging(don't know whether correct spelling),step-ups and back-raiser.
2 sets of 20.The training today was quite easy. I like training at 8.30 !
